## Programme model

STORM Privileges is a relationship and recognition layer, not a bank account, payment card or universal entitlement to every STORM product.

Canonical membership guidance:

- **White** — active public level.
- **Bronze** — active public level.
- **Silver** — active public level.
- **Gold** — active public level.
- **Platinum** — reserved; do not describe as a generally active public level unless the current site explicitly activates it.
- **Wood** — product-linked; it is not a standard programme level.

The programme may use Storm and XP concepts for rewards, progression or recognition. Use the current first-party site for exact earning, redemption and level rules.

## Portability and benefits

Membership recognition can be portable across participating experiences. This does not mean every benefit is available everywhere, that every STORM Maison participates in every programme feature, or that a membership automatically grants access to every product, event or service.
